We carry brands that place great value on responsible product standards. Whether a product is cruelty-free (vegan) can vary depending on the brand and product. You can find this information on the respective product page. If you are unsure, simply write to us with the product name. We will be happy to help.

  1. Select a product and add it to your shopping cart.
  2. Go to the checkout.
  3. Enter delivery address and shipping option.
  4. Select payment method and complete order.
  5. After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

If you have created a customer account, you can log in at any time and, for example, view your orders and manage your data.

If you have forgotten your password, please use the "Reset password" function on the login page.

Within 14 working days of receiving your order, you can return products to the following address:

Please understand: We cannot refund the purchase price for opened, already used products.

Important information regarding returns:

  • Please return individual items/sets complete and unopened in their original packaging .
  • Print out the delivery note for your order (received by email as part of the shipping confirmation) and please fill in the following:

Reason for return
Return quantity
For EPS transfers : your bank details

  • Enclose the completed delivery note with your return shipment.
  • Affix the enclosed return label to the package and drop it off at a post office.

Refund:

Upon presentation of the invoice, you will be refunded the purchase price of the product. Please understand that shipping costs cannot be refunded .

Depending on the payment method you chose in our online shop, the refund will be issued to the specified bank account or credit card .
